Your Mentors

With over three decades of experience spanning Broadway, TV/Film, Commercial, and Concert dance, Co-Directors Missy and Andrew Hubbard are powerhouse performers and internationally recognized master teacher-choreographers. Their work includes collaborations with Mariah Carey, Peter Frampton, Turkish Pop star Tarkan, over the Rhine, ACE AWARDS and more. They spent a decade in NYC performing together in the Original Broadway production of CATS, Footloose, Jesus Christ Superstar and Radio City Music Hall Christmas Spectacular before moving to Cincinnati, where the INDIVIDU8 Mentorship Program is based.

Missy & Andrew bring expertise in Broadway, jazz, contemporary, lyrical, and commercial styles. They specialize in performance coaching. Together they provide personalized plans for every INDIVIDU8 dancer.
