Every great partnership has an origin, and ours began on the Winter Garden Theater, Broadway stage in the original production of CATS.
Before that fateful meeting, I had already spent years building a career I loved. I performed in the anniversary tour of Jesus Christ Superstar alongside members of the Broadway original cast Carl Anderson and Ted Neeley, danced on Saturday Night Live, and choreographed for Mariah Carey, the Queen of Christmas.
Andrew brought his own rich history to the table too — a decades-long career in New York City that included performing in Radio City's Christmas Spectacular before joining the cast of CATS.
We shared the stage together in the Broadway and Original production of CATS, I was Victoria and Andrew, Tumblebrutus and it was a life changing chapter — one filled with growth, connection, and the kind of creative partnership that doesn't come along often.
When Andrew left to join the original Broadway production of Footloose, our paths as performers kept moving, but our connection never died.

Teaching is our passion
Throughout the years, New York remained home base — a place where we still return to teach at the acclaimed Broadway Dance Center and Steps on Broadway. It was there, surrounded by the next generation of dancers, that we felt a deeper calling take hold: to educate and mentor young performing artists, not just train them.
That calling has taken us around the world. Together, we've taught in studios and programs across the globe and had the honor of choreographing for extraordinary artists — including rock legend Peter Frampton and the singular duo Over the Rhine.
But the more we traveled and taught, the clearer our purpose became. In the United States, dance culture has become consumed by competition — scores, titles, and rankings often overshadowing the art form's original heart. We wanted to help reconnect dancers to dance's true source: storytelling, self-expression, and community. Our travels showed us, again and again, that the strongest artists aren't just the most skilled technicians — they're the ones who are prepared, embodied, and mentally resilient.
That belief is the foundation of everything we do now: shaping dance artists who are not only trained, but truly ready — for the stage, and for life.
