Each class is designed to challenge intermediate through pre-professional level dancers, building the technical excellence and artistic depth needed for a successful dance career.

Classes are led by Program Directors Missy & Andrew Hubbard alongside our exceptional guest faculty.

Directors Missy and Andrew Hubbard provide personalized plans for every INDIVIDU8 dancer. Throughout the season, you will receive comprehensive documentation of your technical and artistic growth. This includes video recordings, progress assessments, and personalized feedback from Missy and Andrew to track your development journey.

INDIVIDU8 offers exclusive workshops with industry professionals from January through June. These intensive 2-3 day workshops provide dancers with invaluable exposure to diverse teaching styles from elevated master teachers, choreographers, and creative directors with professional insights that complement our regular on going curriculum.

Workshop attendance is required for all INDIVIDU8 program participants. These sessions are billed separately from regular tuition to ensure we can bring in the highest caliber of guest instructors.

Workshops provide unique opportunities to learn from working professionals currently active in the commercial dance industry.

Each workshop is carefully curated by Program Directors Missy and Andrew Hubbard to align with our curriculum goals. Dancers gain exposure to various styles, receive personalized feedback, and build connections with artists who can impact their professional journey.

Gain real-world stage experience through multiple performance opportunities, and build your performance resume with 2-4 original choreographed pieces per season.

INDIVIDU8 dancers have multiple opportunities to perform throughout the season. From intimate in-studio showcases to professional theater productions, each performance builds confidence and stage presence. Dance on Film captures your artistry on camera, while ReVue offers a supportive in-studio experience.

Our partnership with Exhale Dance Tribe, “25 to Watch” by Dance Magazine and resident company, brings a special Halloween collaboration.

The season culminates with our prestigious INDIVIDU8 360 performance at the Aronoff Center, a professional theater experience.

Dancers will enjoy an exclusive artist retreat for intensive training and bonding with fellow dancers. An immersive retreat in Hocking Hills, OH (or similar) is focused on self-reflection, artistic discovery, and the collective. Activities include master classes, community meals, hiking, and guided workshops with one-on-one mentorship from faculty.

Every INDIVIDU8 Mentorship dancer receives a professional headshot session to build their portfolio.
